Arnold has been your neighbor in Deering/Weare for 41 years and served as town auditor and advisor to the Weare Junior Historical Society. His state government experience includes 19 years as Chief of the Field Audit for Unemployment Taxes, one of the eight designers of the new state welfare system under Gov. Merrill and the final 8 years as an Administrative Law Judge for labor and tax issues. Arnold is the recipient of a certificate of appreciation from the US Department of Defense for “distinguished contributions to the national defense” for employer support of the National Guard and Reserve Forces. He understands the myriad of issues that small business people and individual citizens will have with the state; he will be there to aid you and get answers as your representative.
